Work on Climate is shifting into a Community of Practice - a community with the primary goal of building the skills that will be needed to transition to climate work. We plan to do this through connecting people to resources, collective problem solving, knowledge sharing/harvesting, and centralizing information in an easily discoverable way.

We're starting with three communities:

NEW #learn-workplace-climate-action: This channel is for professionals who want to promote sustainable practices at work. Learn how to take climate action in your current organization & role.

#learn-finance: This channel is for professionals focused on project finance, carbon accounting, risk management, and more. If you want to advance your skills or shift your career toward climate-focused finance roles, this is the place for you.

#role-foundersThis channel is for aspiring founders and founders who want to learn new skills and grow their venture’s climate impact.
