I work for KWI, a leading supplier of omnichannel technology. What struck home with me was "By living out these qualities of tech enthusiasm, embracing IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and staying curious, you'll be well-positioned to make a meaningful impact on the Technology team" Which describes all of my colleagues in their respective roles. I never read it put that way before.
