The Inner Circle

At Core3 we believe that relationships are at the centre of everything we do, and this approach has led us to creating The Inner Circle – a community centred on making an impact, gaining exposure, and helping each other to thrive. We aim to create a sense of belonging around our Core3 brand and the principles we stand for, and by becoming a member you too can play a part in changing not only the world of finance, but the world at large.  

We are on the lookout for Finance Leaders who think the same way that we do to join The Inner Circle so we can give them access to insights and knowledge about how they too can inspire change. The Finance Director role can be a lonely one, so being part of a wider community of finance leaders sharing the same challenges and opportunities has already proven to be a great support network for our members.  

‘FD Roundtable’ events will be hosted in spaces across our city, and these in-person events will be supplemented with live meet-ups. Both the online and in-person events provide a platform to learn from like-minded finance leaders, whilst learning how to attract and retain talent with an ethical recruiting approach. We will also explore the way the role of the finance department is changing, and how this provides opportunities to influence the society in which we live.  

Our ‘Pathway to FD’ mentorship program gives our members an opportunity to inspire the next generation of Finance leaders. We aim to demystify the route to Finance Director, and share success stories alongside the real challenges people face. This is an optional benefit which can be as much as monthly 121’s with a mentee, to as little as sharing a short video reel to inspire our finance candidates.  

This all being said, The Inner Circle is not all about what Core3 can offer you, but also what we and others can learn from you too. We are honoured to have some of our members join us on the sofa to share how Finance can inspire meaningful change in the business community on The Conscious Finance Podcast.  

Podcasts are back on the map and post-pandemic are fast becoming the go-to source of trusted information. For many people, listening to a podcast on their home speakers, or via Bluetooth in the car, is an excellent way to learn something new while also getting on with your day. You never know how many people you could reach when you use your slot on Conscious Finance Podcast to share your company’s message and explain exactly where they might fit within it!
