"I really believe you need to do the role that you really have a passion for because HR is intense, and you absorb a lot. It's not only hard work, but all the things that you get on your plate from the business, it's intense to absorb so you need to really like what you're doing. I think that sounds like an open door. But that is key."
"Be clear in what you want and what you don't want. But always remain yourself and authentic. Because many times as HR at the table, you have a different opinion than the rest"
