HLA Touts Ferox Launch

The Hispanic Lobbyists Association (HLA), a professional association dedicated to boosting Hispanic and Latino representation in government relations, announced Ferox Strategies launch. Ferox founder Cristina Antelo is a founding member and former president of the HLA.  In 2017, the HLA honored Cristina with its Avanza President's Award for her foundational role in starting and growing the association. As Ferox's founder, Cristina remains a proud member of the HLA.

Cristina is dedicated to promoting diversity and representation for Hispanics and Latinos in the Beltway. She is a former CEO and current Vice Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), which places young Latinos as interns and fellows in Capitol Hill and corporate offices. Washingtonian magazine featured Cristina in 2014 in its, “Success Stories of Washingtonians of Latino and Hispanic Descent.“

Cristina's deep relationships with professionals of color in Washington and across the country allows Ferox to offer our clients a rare ability to reach key leaders of color in both parties of Congress, the Administration, and in the business and non-profit worlds. Ferox advises clients how to engage these often-ignored leaders as part of an innovative and comprehensive government relations strategy.
