So, what are people looking for in a job advert? 

Here are some factors that might influence their decision:

🔎 Job Title: Clear and concise, ensure it reflects the job responsibilities 👍

🔎 Company Culture: Job seekers are interested in working for a company with a positive culture that aligns with their personal values 💕

🔎 Salary and Benefits: These play a crucial role, a competitive salary, and highlighting benefits e.g health care/pension % will make a job more appealing 🤑

🔎 Job Description: A well-written job description that clearly outlines the responsibilities and qualifications required ✅

🔎 Growth Opportunities: Are there opportunities for career advancement, training, development, and learning new skills? If so, shout about them 🗣️

🔎 Flexibility: In today's world, work-life balance is becoming increasingly important. If you have a policy or any room for negotiation, mention it ⚖️
