Managers Mention

This section includes professional insights from our Sales Managers/ Managing Consultants, offering their perspectives on what is influencing recruitment demand in their sector.

UK Architecture

"The Architectural team at g2 Recruitment focuses on placing the top 10-15% of Architectural professionals across the UK market, including but not limited to Architectural Technicians / Technologists, Architects and BIM Professionals using a range of software, often Revit.

We're seeing an upward trend in the usage of contract staff in the UK as a reduction in permanent staff comes through – lots of companies prefer to take people on a project-by-project basis and quite often on a remote basis.

In particular, we're finding that international work, namely Saudi, is really emerging thus far in 2024, and we believe it's likely to continue throughout this year and beyond. We've seen some humongous projects come through with the NEOM mission, and g2 Recruitment is aiming to play a big part in providing personnel support as the associate's projects develop".

Market Disruptors

This section offers insight from our Business Development team about market disruptors that are shaking up the world of Recruitment.

"EU Hydrogen Strategy - The EU's hydrogen strategy creates opportunities to develop their hydrogen production, storage, and distribution infrastructure.

Companies are investing in hydrogen fuel cell technology, electrolysis systems, and hydrogen-powered transportation solutions to support the EU's transition to a low-carbon economy.

g2 Recruitment attend events such as the World Hydrogen Summit, where they create relationships with candidates that assist clients on such, but also discuss the recruitment challenges clients within the hydrogen industry face and help them create a plan to alleviate the problems they face when hiring".
