Function Specific Generative AI Offerings in AWS Marketplace (Part 8)

In this article, I am sharing function specific Generative AI offerings in AWS Marketplace from partners. This is 8th in a series of articles on 'Classifying Generative AI Partner Offerings in AWS Marketplace'. This articles covers offerings in following functions: customer service/customer experience, software development/engineering productivity, sales, finance, human resources, product design, marketing and legal/compliance. By definition, the functional offerings are cross-industry in nature.

My observations

  • Approaching Generative AI market with function specific offerings can open up the target customer segment in a big way and can be a differentiator for partners particularly in segments that are not covered as extensively.

  • Two top functions seeing large scale adoption of Generative AI are customer service/customer experience and software development as is also evident by the number of partner offerings for these functions in AWS Marketplace.

  • However, the applications of Generative AI naturally extend to pretty much all other functions as well: sales, marketing, finance, human resources, legal/compliance, design, R&D, procurement/sourcing, strategy, pricing, operations etc.

  • Many of these functions above are still underrepresented/underpenetrated and offer opportunity for partners to differentiate themselves.

  • Incumbent technology providers in these functions should look to incorporate Generative AI into their core offerings while new players can focus on being Generative AI native.

  • Consulting firms (particularly SIs) can lead in this space by having targeted offerings or tri-party approach with an ISV vendor with which they have deep expertise.

Customer Service / Contact Centers / Customer Experience (Count 20)

Eviden’s Persona 360 Contact Center Data Product was specifically created for retail banks and insurance companies. Solution leverages AI/ML to extract information from digital and non-structured data, such as call transcripts, chats, or emails. It enables you to enrich your use cases, such as customer 360, fraud, pricing risk, back-office, call centers, or direct sales processes, with new data.

Fractal Analytics’ Customer Interaction Insights - a Fractal Analytics solution is a Generative AI-powered Voice of Customer solution to identify the root cause of customer dissatisfaction. CII can go through millions of customer conversations from all channels, including Voice calls, agent/bot chats, and reviews, to identify the root cause of customer dissatisfaction. The information is presented using intuitive dashboards with trends and drill-downs.

Mission Cloud’s Call Center Modernization with Generative AI on AWS Customers can meet with a Mission Cloud Generative AI specialist to envision an AWS-native call center solution that fits your needs, aligns with best practices, and drives cost savings for your business.
