Feel like you can't do it all? Like there are not enough hours to meet your needs and desires? Help is here

With many experiences just waiting to be had, whether visiting a new place or meeting someone for the first time, endless possibilities can help you find fulfilment. I remember when I met an older man from Antwerp who told me something nearly incomprehensible - he had never seen the sea! How could one deprive themselves of such a marvel? There's so much to do with our limited time in this world, yet all things seem vitally important. I'm struggling to make time for everything I'd like to do. The underlying problem is not a lack of time or having too many possibilities - it's about difficulty determining which pursuits are significant and fulfilling for me. If everything feels equally worthy, you need guidance on deciding what will bring satisfaction and joy.

All individuals have a deep-seated notion that they were not placed on this earth by chance but with an intention. We refer to it as our purpose - something every single person has. When I encountered him more than thirty years ago, his demeanour left me in awe; he was tranquil and satisfied, evidently living out the mission mapped for him. This motive guided his decisions regarding how to invest his precious time and energy wisely.

At the time, I did not know my purpose, let alone my purpose. But now, in hindsight, having found my purpose, I understand. The goal is clarity which comes from knowing your talents and what you want to use them for. Suddenly, deciding where to invest your time becomes very easy. What is accurate, and what is a distraction? For him, that led to a fulfilling life that happened not to cross the sea.

So to release yourself from that feeling of not having enough time, finding your purpose in life and deciding what not to do becomes simple. Your consciousness and awareness are the keys to unlocking a life of happiness, satisfaction and purpose. All you have to do is take that first step.
