Fabio reflects on his 16-year journey at WACKER

He tells us about his recent relocation from the Brazil office to the Innovation Center & Regional Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI, and his experiences as #TeamWACKER.

A Journey of Growth:

Fabio's journey with WACKER began in 2007 as a Sales Manager for Performance Silicones in Brazil. Since then, he has held various pivotal roles, including Business Development Manager and Director of Marketing. Today, he leads as the Director for the Silicones Consumer division.

From Passion to Profession:

Driven by a fascination for organic chemistry instilled by an inspiring high school teacher, Fabio found his calling in the chemical industry. He shares, "I started in the lab during college, but soon transitioned into commercial roles. I was drawn by the opportunity to make a tangible impact through innovative chemical solutions."
