Employees Making Safety "Personal" Drives Your Safety Culture

While policies, regulations, and safety rules are important, I believe people watching out for each other keeps people safe.

When employees make safety "personal" they refer to each other as family. This is the ultimate safety culture. You do not let your family members put themselves in harms way.

In my book, "The Good Hand" employees learn the impact of being injured on the job. More importantly, they learn how to prevent it from happening to them and people around them.

In this coming new year I wish you and your "Good Hands" a Happy and Safe 2017!

Thank you,

Mike
