“Don’t Put 100% Effort “

We all have been taught throughout our life “To Put in all our efforts in whatever we do” to get the best results. Isn’t it?

And

On the other hand, we have been told that “u need to enjoy whatever u do”, in other words “Enjoy The Process”.

If we look into the whole process of “Putting Efforts”, we are inviting a lot of Pain in our life.

When we feel or even think that we are putting effort, the next stage of effort is struggle which further generates unpleasantness leading to draining of lots of energy & Feeling Exhausted through such a process is not a satisfactory experience.

So, how do u expect urself to “Enjoy The Process”, when u started the whole process in a wrong way.

Does that mean, we should stop putting our best effort or stop doing the hard work???

The right question, u should ask urself is that who told u, what u r doing is a effort or hard work.

It is just Work . “Simple Work”.

Why are u adding Fancy Adjectives to the work u do. Is it to make your EGO fatter or in self-pity or in greed of social praise.

In order to achieve our dreams or targets, we just need to do what is needed to be done in that journey.

If we make it very simple for our mind, the mind will not get a chance to complicate it or to play with it emotionally.

The work u will put in to get ur target achieved will just be “Simple Work”.

And

When u start something with such simplicity, the mind is just focused on what need to be done. No matter, how much force it is going to take in that particular task, u will not feel the struggle because u haven’t complicated it with words and for u, it’s just work and when u r at such ease, u enjoy what u do which bring happiness and peace in u.

“Only when u r at ease with urself u can enjoy the process”

The intensity of force u r putting in any work can’t make u happy or sad, it’s ur state of mind while putting that force that determine whether u will enjoy the process or not.
