Do you dream of making career in Finance Sector? by Shreya Vijayvargiya
I am writing this article because I know that many people want to be in charge of doing different things with money. The best option in my opinion, would be to work in Finance and here’s why.
What is finance?
Finance workers have many jobs related to money and can be sorted into different sections. Some of these sections include finance planning, banking, and insurance. There are three different types of finance; public finance, corporate finance, and personal finance.
What are the qualities needed to become a finance worker?
You must be able to build good relationships with your clients and the ones around you. Having good leadership skills is also a big trait you would need to become a finance worker because of all the different projects you may need to work on. Improving every time is a big part of finance because you would need to see growth in all of your skills to maintain being a good finance worker. These are just 3 of the main traits you need but keep in mind there are still many more than just these.
Would it be a good idea to become a finance worker?
If you love keeping track of money, finance may just be the right career for you. About 7.69 million Americans work in finance. The average pay in the finance business is about $35,000 to $150,000. Keeping track of money and making investments is a huge part of finance so again, if you love to keep track of money, finance would most likely be the best career path for you.
What are some of the bad parts about working in finance?
Working in finance can be very stressful because you have to work fast and efficiently. It's a big responsibility and working for long periods of time may stress some people out.
If you want to work in finance but don’t want as much stress and something a bit easier, accounting may work best for you. These reasons listed may not apply to some people but do apply to others. Again, these are just some bad parts as there may be more.
