Connected mindset

Being a connector is one of the biggest power. Bringing people together is a talent and also a joy. 

According to results of Gallup test, being connector is 1 of my top 5 strengths. In every of my roles it was always important to link people, businesses, projects. It is sine qua non attribute for each talent manager. 

When in early 2018 I had interview with smart, experienced and talented Senior Product Developer I didn’t know that we bond not only professional way. She got the job, she joined Zalando and then she become big part of my life in Berlin.

In few months she met a man, then took them only few months to decide to tie the knot. When she invited me to the wedding close to Venice, I couldn’t belive that is happening. Miracle of love.

I am here now, sitting in stunning monastery turned into friendly hostel and reminiscing last 2 years in Berlin, our friendship, this beautiful wedding. Had wonderful time in Zalando. I have been challenged, intrigued and met fabulous people.

My new adventure is staring this week. Tomorrow's early flight will bring me back to my Berlin’s flat just to open the door to people picking up my belongings. Next step - Amsterdam!

1st of October will be my first day in new company- PVH.

I already had a privilege to meet the whole team, ask questions, hear theirs stories. I can’t be more excited and happy to join this fabulous fashion icon and people behind those successful brands.

Venezia- you have been amazing place to calm my thoughts before big move. You have been good exercise to prepare myself for the canals of the north- Amsterdam.
