Is Change an Obstacle or Opportunity?
There's beauty in letting go

Is Change an Obstacle or Opportunity?

As I look out my window I'm struck by the contrast of the changing leaves - some have turned a bright pink and orange while others are still quite green.

Change and transformation fills the air as leaves change colors and fall to the ground. The vibrant, awe-inspiring hues remind me there is beauty in the process of letting go. And I began to wonder...

How can we adjust for the changes we don't notice?

As a leader, now more than ever, you’ve been asked to face and manage change in a way you have never before. What you thought was your path forward has changed. What to do next might not be obvious. You can view this as an obstacle or an opportunity.

The choice is yours. You can be paralyzed with fear - entangled in a web of uncertainty and insecurity - OR venture into the unknown - excited about exploring new paths and open to new perspectives that propel you forward.

The time is now to step into a quiet space to gain a clearer perspective, call forth a new vision AND make sense of current choices that are either conflicting or unclear.

Now is the time to calm your overly-active mind.

Now is the time to find clarity and meaning in the chaos.

Now is the time to untangle the complexities of change.

Now is the time to Walk with Wisdom.

You see, adjusting to change gracefully is possible when we widen our lens, when we make space to PAUSE > REFLECT > CHOOSE, and when we take time to practice intentional awareness. When we walk with wisdom, we see more clearly the array of possibilities in front of us.

Join me for the Walk with Wisdom Virtual Retreat on October 16, 2020 to practice intentional awareness.

In the midst of change we question a lot of things…including our confidence to handle to the change we face. My goal is to give my clients that deep sense of being seen and heard, of helping them find the confidence that comes from being grounded in their own wisdom instead of being pulled by the forces around them.
