Our Building Management Systems (BMS) are a computer-based control system installed in buildings to control and monitor the building’s mechanical and electrical systems such as airconditioning, ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems.

By using a BMS we are able to manage the environment within the building and control occupant comfort, by changing the temperature, carbon dioxide levels and humidity within a building. As well as controlling the building's internal environment, our BMS systems can manage access control or other security systems such as closed-circuit television (CCTV) and motion detectors. Fire alarm systems and elevators can be linked to a BMS to provide an immediate alarm notification
