Since people are given more control over their work hours, remote workers are better able to manage their personal and professional lives. Parents, carers, or anyone who live far from a traditional office may find this to be of particular use. I was working remotely last week, I realized there was a cocoon in my car's tire in the morning. I wouldn't want to injure this poor guy. This article describes how a butterfly transforms. A butterfly's only function is to reproduce caterpillars. Tubes, short in leg length and plump, are caterpillars. If left on their own, they would never come across other caterpillars with whom to rub their legs. Caterpillars that can travel great distances and engage in constant flirtation are called butterflies. But there is a price for this. During the evolution, they lose a significant amount of body weight and have far greater dietary restrictions. They are no longer allowed to eat entire plants; instead, they must delicately sip nectar. They only have large, delicate sails because they lack the metabolism and energy for hefty, robust wings. Then the transformation takes place, slowly and gently, as the cocoon is being broken, a beautiful butterfly emerges. It takes patience for this entire process. For this little guy, once you climb out of that wrap, the open sea is yours to discover. #coach #vincentsam
