I love getting Slacks like these from my team (and not just because I’m a sucker for Party Parrot)👇 Anyone who works in customer success can tell you, there’s nothing quite like experiencing an “Aha!” moment with a customer. The look they get when everything clicks and they really start experiencing value? It never gets old. The only thing better is when *another* team discovers Common Room and starts asking why they don’t have access to it yet. It’s like watching the snowball effect happen right in front of you. And that only happens when you have strong internal champions. Getting buy-in from executive champions is crucial. They hold the purse strings and they make sure teams actually start using the product. But if individual contributors aren’t excited to share their stories and show off their wins? Their teammates won’t be excited either.

🙌 All Hands On Deck, Decidoers! Are you ready? We are called Deci-doers for a reason. At our company, we take action to make sure our goals are met. This process starts by doing, making the important decisions and implementing the processes to get there. It ends with getting the job done.
