A couple of weeks ago, we all gathered in Hamburg for our team event! 🙌 We kicked off the two days by putting our teamwork to the test while canoeing on the Alster. To stay in the theme, we visited the Port of Hamburg and enjoyed a great tour of the Cap San Diego. 🚢 Most of all, we enjoyed two days of connecting, good conversations, and celebrating our collective achievements! 🎉

Teamwork. This time last year we had an expensively assembled team. But. It was badly led with no direction, no clear goals and everyone pulling in different directions with their own agendas. It was destined to fail. This year is different. A unified team working together and well led. The whole is definitely greater than the sum of its parts. Whatever the result at Wembley it won't be failure, it will be a step towards the goal, because failure can't occur when the goal is clear. The similarities in sport and business are clear. Does your team understand it's purpose? Is your team well led and working towards a shared goal, clearly understood by everyone?
