For companies who constantly provide a canned response... get all of your customer support to use AI tools. use a prompt like "Does this response answer all of the customer's requests?" It's a very simple thing to do for the end user not to keep telling the support team to actually read what they asked. Since there isn't an NPS score of how well customer support understood the customer.
