A 900MW (AUD $3B) Solar Farm is planned in Western Australia's Kimberley region as part of a giga-scale Green Hydrogen & Ammonia energy hub. Clean energy investor Pollination has announced in a "first of its kind partnership" that the project will be planned and owned by companies formed by the traditional owners of the land where the project is to be built. $1.66 million announced for the Aboriginal Clean Energy Partnership (ACEP). Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) is providing funding to support a phase 1 feasibility study for the East Kimberley Clean Energy and Hydrogen Project. The project aims to scale up renewable hydrogen production in Western Australia while leading the way in First Nations partnership in renewable energy developments. It will involve Traditional Owners as shareholders and not just stakeholders in the development phase of clean energy projects. The formation of ACEP is a joint venture between native title representative holders:   • Yawoorroong Miriuwung Gajerrong Yirrgeb Noong Dawang Corporation (MG Corporation)  • Balanggarra Ventures Ltd (Balanggarra Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC)  • Kimberley Land Council Aboriginal Corporation (KLC)  • and nature investment and advisory firm Pollination. Triodos Emerging Markets Renewable Energy Fund and Triodos Groenfonds have provided a senior debt facility of USD 5 million to AXS Energia for the co-financing of 14 ground-mounted solar plants in Brazil. The energy generated will be fed directly into the grid near the point of use, meaning that the plants are placed close to the end-consumers, most of whom are small businesses. Altynai Valikhanova, Head of Project Debt: "This project has clear environmental and social benefits: reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, provision of energy security and employment, and income opportunities. This week, the European Investment Bank (EIB) unveiled a landmark decision to extend financing of up to €1.7 billion to a renewable energy company.
