You're not just a manager, you are the rockstar our Dutch customers can rely on for top-notch service. This is the perfect opportunity for you to deep dive into the practice of business development and to gain first hand experience in co-leading a company's entry into a new market. Your Tasks: Support in identifying growth potential and developing an expansion strategy for our national rollout. Ensure the smooth running of operational processes and optimize the supply chain and inventory levels. Creation, translation and maintenance of website, email and social media content tailored to the target market. Support with the acquisition and management of B2B customers, influencers and cooperation partners to spread the Funzy love. Monitor the markets' KPIs, create reports and present them to management. Help to ensure compliance with legal regulations and legal requirements in the target markets. Your Profile: You have an innate understanding of the Dutch market, its local trends and quirks. Excellent written and spoken skills in Dutch (C2 level - you can easily master Dutch idioms and phrases), very good English skills, German skills are a plus.
