Happy Wednesday! Don’t we all know the feeling that we need to conduct our yearly appraisals. That the appraisal system is on paper, not well guided, and unpractical. Well we can help you out! DONE THE RIGHT WAY A cornerstone of effective career management is the appraisal of and feedback process for each employee. We offer customised workflows to replicate and even suggest improvements to your existing performance appraisal system for all employees. Our default workflow – easily altered – consists of a self-evaluation of the appraisee, followed by a joint session with the supervisor or manager. In case of mismatched expectations, automatic comment boxes ensure the misalignments are clearly documented. The process allows creating personal development goals, which can be tracked in order to ensure that outstanding items are brought up and closed out. Managers not only receive clear reports of completed appraisals along with the ones that are overdue, they can also easily pull up statistics on the grading habits of supervisors to establish uniformity within the organisation. The appraisal process starts with the self assessment of the appraisee in their own privacy with a mobile friendly user experience.
