I was on 8 discovery calls for 2 different types of software products this past week. EVERY discovery call led off with a message about "The golden age of SaaS is dead and growth at all costs no longer exists." I mention this because I have a slide in each of my discovery/pitch decks that speaks to this. Correction, I HAD a slide in my discovery decks with a similar message. This past week was a good reminder to take a step back and know what your competitors are saying. If every one of your competitors is leading off with a down message that the glory days of SaaS are dead, how about leading off with a more positive message around how you're going to help your prospect get more time back in their day? I'm sure this is debatable but as someone that just experienced the same first 5-10 minutes from 8 different vendors, it made me tune out quickly for vendors 4-8.

Good Afternoon Linkinedin! Every SaaS company out there wants to grow through partnerships and alliances, which is the natural، fastest & safest way to grow. but the question is how? Until now I haven't heard of an ME SaaS provider that managed to implement a module for channel business that worked successfully! Things to consider: Policies and procedures matter! Onboarding and proper training matter! Having a good presence in the market matters! and there is a huge difference between onboarding a partner and activating it :-) The last and most important thing is if you can't do it yourself self hire someone to do it and give him/her time especially if your direct sales is not that mature and stable ;-) #خواطرـرمضان
