As a long-term client responding to surveys, I'm disappointed to get these only to find, nope, false alarm. Nothing there. And no help from customer support. Very poor delivery functionality and support.

3wAs a YouGov client, I find its customer service functionality non-existent. Check this out form reply I receive regularly in the absence of any type of reply: "Thank you for your email. We have received your request and will look into it as soon as possible but in the meantime you may find the answer you are looking for in our Help Centre." The Help Centre, BTW, is useless.
