On March 16th, enforcement of the Federal Aviation Administration Remote ID Rule went into full effect. What is in essence a license plate for drones, all drones must broadcast Remote ID. Older drones require either a software update or an aftermarket Remote ID Broadcaster. Failure to do so could result in fines and suspension or revocation of pilot certificates.
