Question to answer: Which companies are doing SMS well from a brand building perspective? Every time I'm involved in SMS marketing as a customer I hate the experience. I hate that they text me garbage about this or that sale. Imagine if you had a friend who always texted you but only about their latest MLM scheme for you to be involved with. That's how current SMS marketing tactics feel to me.

This is very interesting insight: Campaign/Flow Rev is split 50/50. Budget is 88/12. Way more effort into campaigns because email has to be prepared/created fresh for each campaign?
