"Culture starts at the top and cascades everywhere, forming the left and right boundaries that keep everyone moving toward the goal line.” - Gary Burnison, CEO Korn Ferry Having been through more companies, culture initiatives, acquisitions and mergers than I wish to count, it's the genuineness of the leadership commitment that makes a difference. Not the happy hours, outings, free lunches, WFH policy or loose dress code. It's the feeling you get when you walk into an office, the excitement people get when they talk about what they do or how they impact their customers, and the way teams easily come together to solve a problem. Leaders embody the spirit of what it means to move an organization forward, and that requires setting the tone, inspiring people to take action and making sure everyone is on the same page. If we could definite it in a single metric, it wouldn't be easy to achieve. Go CU! #culture #allin

Excellent piece by Gary Burnison, CEO, Korn Ferry, highlighting the new culture Deion "Prime Time" Sanders has forged at the University of Colorado. "Say it, mean it, act it, believe it...for the love of the game."
