⚽ "What's the best 'goal' you've ever scored in sales? ⚽ Just like in football, a salesperson closing a deal can feel as thrilling as a striker finding the net. Some deals are straightforward, like open goals, while others require more strategic plays. And yes, sometimes it's about taking a chance with a 'hit and hope' approach – which, believe it or not, can be quite effective with the right technique. I'm always eager to learn from the diverse experiences of others in our field. What unique or out-of-the-box methods have you employed to seal a deal? We've all probably used the classic techniques: time-sensitive offers, discounts, or even personal incentives like a meal out. For me, one of the most effective tactics has been presenting an exclusive offer, limited to a select few clients – creating a sense of urgency and exclusivity. I often say, 'If this isn't for you, no worries, I can extend it to someone else in my network.' I'm curious to hear about your experiences.
