Great analogy! Just as Tom and Jerry’s endless chase keeps the show entertaining, ongoing challenges in politics and finance drive engagement and innovation. However, solving problems shouldn’t mean the end of progress. Continuous innovation and adaptation are key to keeping systems relevant and effective. For example, in politics, we can focus on emerging issues and use technology to enhance civic engagement. In finance, exploring alternative models and promoting financial literacy can sustain the system while reducing dependency on traditional debt. Innovation ensures that these systems evolve and thrive.
Someone said it finally!

As an SEO expert, I'm not fond of this type of personalization. Here is why: While it's good to present websites people believe in, it also raises questions about Google's role. Google's primary responsibility is to deliver the most relevant content according to search intent and the quality of the content produced, rather than relying solely on personal preferences. For instance, if I've written something more relevant and valuable on a brand new site, based on personalization, it will take a lot more time to secure good positions in such personalized results.
I didn't see this little tag before. Anyone else? :)

HR's role is vital for any organization. Right people in the HR, put the things in place. Though it is emotionally draining, I don't think it is a thankless job. Only right leaders of the organization understand the importance of HR and appreciate them. Business owners focus on businesses and HR focuses on employees. Needless to say, when employees contribute effectively then grows the business. And, to make employees do what they are supposed to do, HR's intervention is needed.

Rightly or wrongly in a lot of conversations I have I use DevOps as an example to illustrate some of the high level benefits of IBM Turbonomic. No more sleepless nights for this poor meme developer as Turbonomic continuously optimises and parks workloads in line with demand. Good for DevOps. Great cost ad time saving for the business. #devops #idle #zombieworkload #rightsize #cloudspend #aws #azure #gcp

Human Resources = Human Resources "Human" - we are employer represented but employee focused "Resources" - we provide various tools to the employer we represent and the our workforce to ensure fair, equitable, empathic, sustainable and strategic solutions I have worked in public and private, large and small, non-profit and for-profit based organizations - I'm here to tell you, without HR it would be anarchy!
