I'm excited to announce our strategic partnership with Scale AI that will bring unprecedented model customization & evaluation capabilities for Amazon Bedrock to customers via AWS Marketplace. This will make it even easier for enterprises to deploy GenAI to their businesses. Through this collaboration, AWS customers can use the Scale AI platform to systematically evaluate their GenAI applications and use those insights to configure and fine-tune the underlying models for their purposes—all on Amazon Bedrock. That's not all. Our public sector customers can also leverage Scale Donovan, an AI platform purpose-built for government organizations with stringent federal security requirements. Last week Amazon Web Services (AWS) gave industry analysts a briefing on #GenAI in #telecom. The image below summarizes the use cases they have launched and are developing. These rely on AWS services like SageMaker (for ML), S3 (for manuals and MOPs), and API GW (for user Q&A). There are obvious ones like chat and voice assistants that can improve CX with intelligent, automated, personalized assistance and troubleshooting. A personalization platform promises dynamically generated and contextual pricing and offers. Proposal creation can reduce the time to draft RFP responses for B2B sales enabling telcos to respond to more requests from their enterprise customers. Revenue assurance can identify automations to limit errors and revenue leakage. Network analysis can perform dynamic discovery of topology and recommend config fixes. I'm sure Microsoft and Google have something similar. Many large telcos have spent years building these kinds of systems themselves. The hyperscalers are democratizing AI for the long tail of slow followers. As long as these three keep competing aggressively the ROI should be quite attractive for telcos.
