Congratulations to Doug Phelps on achieving four million accident-free miles! He is the third driver in our company’s history to reach this major milestone. That’s 39 years of safe driving – and the equivalent of more than 160 trips around the earth. Last week, we celebrated Doug at his home service center in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, alongside his family, colleagues and leaders from across XPO. He was presented with a new tractor, camo-wrapped to honor his military service, and other awards in recognition of his decades of safe driving. For his part, Doug’s already looking down the road. “I hope I’ll get to five million,” he said, “but I don’t think about that. I think about making it home every night.”
