Improved processes, new products and also new business model ideas are necessary for this change. MAHLE New Ventures supports the transformation in many areas. In the last months for example, we have been working on a project to find new business ideas for one of our plants. Together with TIM Consulting and the help of two AI software applications, a lot of interesting ideas were the outcome.
