Being involved in our community is incredibly important to me and my wife, Donna. This summer marks the second year we're volunteering at the Bethany Church Vacation Bible School in Stamford, and we're so grateful for the opportunity to give back to local youth. Volunteerism remains a key part of my life, both in and out of my role as CEO, and I look forward to continued opportunities to pay it forward. Teaching and interacting with children is rewarding in so many ways. Their energy, curiosity and creativity are infectious. I am supposed to be the teacher, but I usually end up learning something from them!

Congratulations, Mr Brandowczak. Leading by example is the inexorable path to the real prosperity of individuals, institutions, and nations. Proud to see Xerox, a company in which I worked for 14 years here in Brazil, follow such a noble path through your wise guidance!
My wife and I have spent many years supporting youth at VBS and in youth groups. They have been some of the most fulfilling times of my life. I would recommend it to everyone. It really puts your like into perspective.
