The most recent Team Building activity for The Fladgate Partnership Group's employees consisted of a trip to the era of Surrealism. In the company of their colleagues, employees had the unique opportunity to get to know Salvador Dalí's life and works up close at the new “Dalí Universe Exhibition” at WOW. No dia 1 de julho, realizamos uma atividade de acolhimento de novos colaboradores, proporcionando um dia especial de integração e aprendizagem. Começámos por apresentar o Grupo The Fladgate Partnership, permitindo aos novos membros conhecerem melhor a nossa história e valores. A manhã foi enriquecida com a atividade “À descoberta do WOW”, onde os participantes puderam explorar e conhecer a riqueza cultural dos nossos museus. Seguimos com uma visita guiada à fascinante exposição “Universo Dalí”, que despertou a criatividade e o interesse de todos.   Partilhar a cultura do Grupo TFP e dar as boas-vindas aos novos talentos que se juntam a nós, foi uma experiência gratificante. Estamos ansiosos para ver o que vamos alcançar juntos! 🚀 . On July 1, we held an activity to welcome new employees, providing a special day of integration and learning. We began by introducing the The Fladgate Partnership Group, allowing new members to learn more about our history and values. The morning was enriched with the activity "Discovering WOW", where participants were able to explore and learn about the cultural richness of our museums. This was followed by a guided tour of the fascinating "Dalí Universe" exhibition, which aroused everyone's creativity and interest. Sharing the TFP Group's culture and welcoming the new talents joining us was a rewarding experience. We're looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together! 🚀
