THE SIN AGAINST THE AMERICAN BOUNTY This labyrinthical litany is absolute rationalization for persisting with gene altered monocrops saturated in synth/chem / bio-stimulants. (READ: current fact based coverage on these inputs lacing children's foods) Also, the centric messaging for #Agtech is how many folks it is feeding. (Fact-check Hunger in the US and globally? Where is the promised result? Look at the Gulf of Mexico and comment). Fact: only a percentage of corn yield is food. The balance is fodder and fill for fabricators. Ethanol is a dated perspective, SAB is what is being prepped along with CSA, all depletive and destructive. Do the math. "Export" market was destroyed, not lost, however the corn growers all continue to receive subsidies.. What was lost was top soil. That isn't insulation, it is a hashtag #agtech "Use Basis" and the horizon events we will experience within 2024 > 2025. The fact #Agtech is incapable of transparency is maddening. BLOOMBERG: Biofuel boom to push U.S. Soy Meal exports to record high (Oct 25 2023) Shipments of US soybean meal to other countries are expected to climb to a record high next year as more of America’s top oilseed crop is crushed for vegetable oil sought after to make green diesel. America’s soy meal, which is created along with oil during crushing of whole soybeans, is forecast to reach exports of 13.9 million tons in the 2023-24 season, the US Department of Agriculture said Monday. That would exceed the record 13.2 million tons valued at almost $7 billion that was hit in the season ended in September.  Higher global demand for US meal comes as drought in Argentina, typically the world’s biggest soy meal exporter, has slashed the South American country’s supplies available for shipment. More soybeans are being processed as energy and agriculture companies look to profit from incentives to make cleaner burning fuel made from renewable sources such as farm crops. The production frenzy has led to a rush on soy oil, a key ingredient in green diesel. That in turn is leading to more soy meal, a commodity used to feed livestock. The trend is expected to continue. The big 3 OEMs are committing to a new fuel source by 2030, primarily #EV. Market adoption of EVs will go from 2% to 10% by 2035. That means less demand for #ethanol. When there is no demand, not even subsidies can hold you up. There needs to be a new use for #farmland in America. Enter industrial hemp fiber and grain. 1 crop, limitless potential. Conestoga’s two bioethanol plants can produce over 40 million pounds of distillers corn oil annually. Distillers corn oil, also known as corn distillers oil or corn oil, is a co-product obtained during the production of ethanol from corn in the dry milling process. It can be converted into biodiesel through a process called transesterification. Biodiesel derived from corn oil can be blended with petroleum diesel or used as a standalone fuel in diesel engines, providing a renewable and environmentally friendly alternative to fossil fuels. Additionally, Distillers corn oil is a valuable ingredient in animal feed formulations, particularly for poultry, swine, and dairy cattle. Farmers will likely expand the area cultivated with soybeans by 2.9 million acres to 86.5 million acres, according to the average of analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg ahead of the US Department of Agriculture prospective plantings report on Thursday.
