Potential climate talent needs optimism that your solution is bold and achievable. ✅ In a recent survey, we found that people lose their sense of agency when they feel the problems are too systemic and insurmountable. 😰 48% believe political advocacy would have the most impact, but only 22% plan on putting the most effort toward this type of action.
