Potential climate talent needs optimism that your solution is bold and achievable. ✅ In a recent survey, we found that people lose their sense of agency when they feel the problems are too systemic and insurmountable. 😰 48% believe political advocacy would have the most impact, but only 22% plan on putting the most effort toward this type of action. How can your company combat this pessimism? 🤔 Here’s a clear example: demonstrate to job-seekers how you are engaging in specific high-leverage actions, such as coalition-building or lobbying for regulation.
