🤔  Challenging Decision This Week: Hiring for a Senior PM Role After weeks of searching and interviewing for a Senior Product Manager role, we remained with two candidates in the final round. Candidate 1: Pros: 🚀 Startups/scale-ups background, results-driven, excellent communication, strong stakeholder management.  Cons: 🛠️ Medium product management skills. Candidate 2: Pros: 💼 Scale-ups/large companies background, results-driven, strong technical/analytical skills.  Cons: 🔕 Poor communication, unstructured dialogue. After a long debate, we decided to keep looking for the right candidate. Moral of the Story: Invest in your communication skills! They might not replace missing knowledge, but a lack of them can hinder your growth. You might excel in your work, but without effective communication, people might not realize it.
