I have identified by name and city of residence 4 members of the Massachusetts militia in the Minutemen category who were Black. The next part of my research about Black men of Revolutionary War Era Massachusetts is to compile a list of men who were part of city and town militia companies, men who were enlisted or drafted into the Continental Army regiments, and Black men who were crew on Massachusetts privateer ships . Are there any others working on identifying Black or Indigenous Americans who are Revolutionary War veterans?

Whatever America Hope's to bring to pass in the world must first come to pass in the Heart of America.Pay attention to the universe, it's so translusive. At a time when national power is held by the wealthy, there is a urgent need -if democracy is to serve for people to organize in own communities. The wisdom of nations lies in their proverbs, which are brief and pity. When god wants to give a message, he makes sure it gets delivered. God gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers. You always pass failure on way to success. happens for a reason. Is it more than coincidence- Devine nature of light. Is god visible-his humorous ways.A core value that drives is passion for justice- political spectrum emphasis is on harnessing these techniques and strategies to increase equal opportunities and Justice in our society -caring for each other and making society more equitable. Truth often suffers more by the heat of its definiatives than from the arguments of its opposers. Has been known to be said, "no way of judging of the future, but by the past." That concerns me, for my children, our children- America in general. I'm determined to not let the root of all evil overrule In God We Trust, especially in family courts. In spite of what's been recently demonstrated, as well as defining and exercising the concepts that differs: helping, protecting, and enabling; right and wrong- for what reasons and for whom. There has been a variety of incidences leading/ leaving me with redirecting concerns. If I was to write out (rewrite at least the incidents up -it would be a novel; can only speak the truth.Better execution of our innovation. Initiative is our challenge. We live in a age when change is acceleration. Breaking the system takes care. Has always been a pioneer in providing innovative business ideas, and community involvement. Currently building a foundation for long term goal of non profit corporation providing a variety for general Contracting services and development services.

Today’s chaplains are military professionals specially trained to serve any spiritual need, for military personnel and their families, regardless of religious affiliation, ethnicity, or gender. Nearly 3,000 chaplains from the Army, Navy, and Air Force served in Vietnam, each chaplain with a vastly different experience of the war. This short video never fails to send shivers down my spine… There are nearly 2 million living women veterans in the United States… Women currently make up approximately 10% of the overall veteran population… Veterans make up 14% of the men in America…but among women in America, only 1.5% are veterans. ➡️ In order to meet 1 woman veteran, you may have to meet 69 women. ➡️ To meet just one woman under age 35 who has served in the military, you may have to meet 102 women of that age group. ➡️ The median age of male veterans is 65 years, while the median age of women veterans is 51 years, a difference of 14 years. #veteran #military #veteransday #women #airforce #navy #marines #army #spaceforce #coastguard #nationaldefense #leadership #empowerment

LtCol Scheller is spot on. 28 of the 34 recently retired four-star U.S. military officers went to work for the arms industry, a revolving door that drives soaring profits and near-record military spending. "The revolving door is a problem because it creates the appearance—and in some cases the reality—of conflicts of interest in the making of defense policy and in the shaping of the size and composition of the Pentagon budget." Beyond the $200k - pension for life, many General's also finagle 100 percent VA disability benefits - because of their rank and influence. These perfumed princesses developed a military culture where they are untouchable and beyond scrutiny.....as evident by their piss poor performance in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kabul Debacle.... We have undoubtedly the best military with unmatched equipment and superior troops....but we lack the senior military leadership. Lions led by self-serving Sheep. General's (and politicians) should be barred from holding shares and working for the MIC, defense related corporations, foreign governments....for 5 years after retirement.
Talked to Ramaswamy about the corruption in America's senior military ranks. The American military is rotting from within. While General Mattis (General Dynamics), General Dunford (Lockheed Martin), and other prominent military personalities profit off war and the efforts of young enlisted service members, people like Ramaswamy bring attention to the problems. It was cool meeting him.

For over 40 years, Gary Sinise has been a tireless advocate for our nation's veterans and active-duty military. In response to the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Gary volunteered to travel overseas to give thanks in person to the brave men and women who served our country. His first handshake tour took place in 2003, and he hasn't stopped since. This #ThrowbackThursday, we look back across two decades worth of handshakes, hugs, and heartfelt thanks given to those who have sacrificed so much.

Honor veterans @yourlibrary--but not just the patrons! Texas A&M University #librarian Sarah LeMire notes that the "literature about military veterans in libraries, to date, has been almost exclusively focused on patrons who are military veterans. Although serving and supporting veterans as patrons is an important topic, it is also important to remember that the veteran community within libraries includes more than just patrons. There are also military veterans who work in libraries, though there is little information on how many or in which roles." Check out Sarah's paper "Veterans as Library Employees: Insights and Ideas for Library Administrators" to find out more on this topic: Sarah LeMire (2023) Veterans as Library Employees: Insights and Ideas for Library Administrators, Journal of Library Administration, 63:6, 842-849, DOI:10.1080/01930826.2023.2240196
