🌍 Tomorrow we celebrate the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, and I embrace the idea of renewing my commitment to an inclusive and diversified work environment. In Italy, as elsewhere in the world, there are many talented individuals from diverse cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds. It is our duty to create a workplace that values and respects this diversity, as it makes us stronger and more innovative. We can act on creativity and collaboration to strengthen our work, eliminate prejudices, and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect, equity, and inclusion. My toolbox includes: ▶implementing and promoting our company's anti-discrimination policies ▶offering training and fostering internal awareness ▶promoting based on merit and actively working on diversity in recruitment ▶fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued, and last but not least ▶having an anonymous and effective reporting system for cases of racial discrimination or inappropriate behavior I hope to further learn best practices from you to expand my toolkit 🤝 #InternationalDayfortheEliminationofRacialDiscrimination #Inclusion #Diversity #HRTools

★Global Strategy ★Profitability & Growth ★ Diverse International Markets ★Advisory Boards ★ Workplace Inclusivity
Inclusion is what drives meaningful progress. But what does this actually entail? Inclusion goes beyond just recognising diversity; it's about actively welcoming and valuing every individual's unique perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. It's about creating environments where everyone feels heard, respected, and empowered to contribute their best. On the 21st of May every year, the UN celebrates the World Day of Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development. In my view, this is a time to reaffirm our commitment to fostering inclusive spaces in our workplaces, communities and beyond. It's through embracing inclusion that we not only enrich our collective experiences but also unlock limitless potential for innovation, collaboration, and growth. #CulturalDiversity #Inclusion #DialogueAndDevelopemt #WorldDayOfCulturalDiversity

🧑🏽🤝🧑🏾Diversity is key to employee engagement and productivity.🧑🏻🤝🧑🏽 Yes, that's a statement but we truly believe, that a diverse workforce is key to success. That’s why we have decided to support the first Danish Diversity Week 2024 as partner. "We are more than 2. 000 EG-employees in eight countries, representing a broad variety of cultures and languages. We expand our business year by year and with our size and ambitions for the future also comes greater responsibility. That's why we have decided to join forces with other companies to promote diversity in the Nordics and globally", says HR Director Tina Bodin, EG. Danish Diversity Week from April 15th to April 19th is a week fully crammed with physical and online events sharing the common goal of creating a movement towards more diverse and inclusive workplaces. "The overall theme of the week is 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜. This means to me, that we all have a responsibility to meet ourselves and others with curiosity, respect and trust. Only then can we embrace others. As a company, however, we are also very well aware of the role we play in the fight for ensuring equal rights, non-discrimination and well-being of LGBTQ people in a world where unfortunately that is still not given. As a company we have a special responsibility to deliver on that. We are convinced that diversity, inclusion and non-discrimination make us stronger both as people and as a business. The different perspectives give us the fuel to create something better for our customers as well as create a better working environment for everyone to thrive in and unlock their full potential", says HR Director Tina Bodin, EG. Danish Diversity Week is organised in cooperation between Goodtalks and DI - Dansk Industri, and with support from EG and other dedicated partners.
