I would say one of the key values that's important to me as a leader and something I expect of my leadership is just honest feedback, real time, honest feedback in that moment. I find that that goes a long way with my team. It's about here's the positive things, but here's opportunities because I want to see my team grow them and and be successful because that's what they tell me they want. And that's my expectation of my leadership. I want to continue to grow and evolve in the business that I'm in. And so I want to hear where are my opportunity gaps? Where are things I need to work on? And I, and I want leaders to be okay, share that information with me as I wouldn't be comfortable sharing that information with my team too. So I think, you know, being honest and being open to sharing feedback, both positive and constructive is is truly important.
