A couple of weeks ago, we implemented the humanized dismissal policy here at Globalfy, and I couldn't be prouder of this positive step. While we've always prioritized humane dismissals, our new approach takes it a step further, offering valuable support to departing team members: - We provide assistance in evaluating and enhancing their resumes. - We help improve their LinkedIn profiles to make them more noticeable to recruiters. - We guide them on finding the best job positions on popular platforms. This policy isn't just about improving the dismissal process; it's our way of expressing gratitude to those who contributed to our company's development but unfortunately had to be let go. Job hunting can be a challenging and frustrating experience, and as a company, we aim to make this transition as smooth as possible.
