There are intricate areas that require careful navigation when determining which categories your association can apply for to self-assess as tax-exempt. This complexity underscores the necessity of our webinar.  😎 Your constitution should have relevant clauses regarding the purpose of your organisation and the distribution of assets upon winding up. It's crucial that you ensure it is up to date, as this will greatly impact your self-assessment process.  😎 If your association is required to lodge a tax return and pay tax, you will need to understand the mutuality rules and taxable income calculation for NFPs.
