As an organization, we firmly believe in integrating social and environmental concerns into our business operations. Our proactive actions demonstrate our unwavering commitment to creating a positive impact on society and the environment. The areas we made a difference include Child Education, Senior Citizen Care, Healthcare, Environment, Rural Development, and Zero Hunger. Community Volunteering: Our passionate employees actively participated in community volunteering. Whether it’s supporting local causes or gaining experience in new fields, their dedication is commendable. As a part of community volunteering the team has participated in Tree plantation drive, Blood donation drive, Community impact – inviting students from Mahatma Gandhi School to our Pune office, Grain kit donation to 150 families in Rural areas.  Charitable Giving: We firmly believe in giving back. Our charitable contributions support various causes, from education to healthcare. Few of the causes supported are Manavya Gokul, MadhurBhav Old Age Home, Shikshanganga, Real Life Real People, Maher Old Age Home, Smile Foundation, Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule School, Red Cross Society. When we initiated Scope For Change, we were initially uncertain about which projects to undertake and how we would: * Secure funding. * Operate efficiently, given our lack of experience in this field. * Distinguish ourselves in a crowded space. *Gauge the impact we could make in the lives of disadvantaged communities. 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 3.5 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 2 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐃, 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 10 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬: 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐨 - 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐨: 120 children studying at the center, with an additional 60 children in one cluster, expecting to add another 40 students. 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐢: Skilling around 50 students at our Learning Center. 𝐆𝐲𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚: 16,652 books donated. 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚: 1,396 sanitary pad packets distributed. 𝐈𝐤𝐬𝐚𝐚𝐫: Teaching 6 women. 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚: 5,815 food packets and meals distributed. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞: Supported one senior citizen for 6 months. 𝐀𝐧𝐦𝐨𝐥 𝐊𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧: 3,116 smiles served. 𝐀𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐲𝐚: 4,220 masks and sanitizers distributed, along with 10 health workshops for women. 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢: 609 plants planted. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, in addition to the aforementioned projects: • Opening the Gurugram Learning Center next month, with the aim of impacting around 200 children and 50 women per year. • Launching another cluster to educate 100 more students. As we reflect on the last #15YearsOfSattva, we'd like to spotlight India Partner Network, a knowledge and engagement platform that we designed for #nonprofits to strengthen their #impact and operations and improve their #fundraising capabilities. India Partner Network was born from the need to bolster the institutional capacity of grassroots non-profits. Through its knowledge hub, non-profits gain access to curated content covering finance, human resources, compliance, monitoring and evaluation, communication, and fundraising. Events and webinars offer insights from sectoral and functional experts to ensure non-profits stay ahead of the curve and remain agile and adaptable in an ever-evolving environment. India's first payment solutions platform specifically for NGOs, danamojo.org, was born out of Dhaval Udani's strong commitment to philanthropy, inspired by his grandfather. Coming from a tech and management background, Dhaval is the founder and CEO of danamojo, the right mix of technology and purpose. Dhaval's involvement in the non-profit sector began with GiveIndia, where he transitioned into becoming the CEO from a volunteer. GiveIndia helped him recognise the importance of individual donors in the success of non-profit organisations but noted the difficulty many faced in collecting online donations. Thus, Danamojo was born in 2016 to provide a user-friendly payment platform ready to be integrated into an NGO's website in less than 30 seconds. Danamojo, bridges the technological gap between civil society organisations and the private sector through automated donor and recipient-related processes built on principles of transparency and authenticity of information. Danamojo's sustainability plan is built on the conviction to enable NGOs to raise more funds through coaching, mentoring, and training. Built on the principles of five C's, Danamojo is a mix of all you need to be an enabler in the sector. Witnessed a historic event virtually, of listing of a first non-profit organization - SGBS UNNATI Foundation | NGO | Bangalore | India, on the Social Stock Exchange of NSE India. For an NGO of our size that struggles to raise the resources on a regular basis, this concept cannot be overemphasized. Every NGO/ NPO, that is outcome oriented, must look at it because it demands transparency, credibility and governance with strong government oversight which in itself will pay off in a long run. It was heartwarming to hear from the NSE and BSE dignitaries from the podium that more than 30 NGOs/ NPOs are already in the pipeline to get listed. Yes, my mind is already running at a faster speed now than that I can even comprehend. Go SSE... Go.
