The soft life trend promotes a lifestyle that prioritizes comfort, relaxation, and personal well-being over the traditional markers of success such as long hours, relentless work ethic, and material accumulation. It emphasizes creating healthy boundaries, focusing on mental and physical health, and seeking fulfillment in personal life rather than solely through professional achievements. This movement challenges the hustle culture that many millennials and Gen Z individuals grew up with. Instead of glorifying the grind, the soft life encourages balance, peace, and intentional living. https://lnkd.in/gb9_gfbU

I can't love this more! In my 'old fashioned' era, there was so many roles that were deeply entrenched in work place toxicity- it made things unbearable with zero recourse. At least having the discussion opens up the resonance to a healthy environment in regards to social connections, physical space and the sense of belonging.
