➡️Global Impact Challenge - The Finalists⬅️ Four startups from the USA, Rwanda, Switzerland, and Italy will take the Mainstage at #WMF2024 for the highly anticipated Global Impact Challenge Final. The finalists are: AlProtein Shambapro TissueLabs ATHENA Green Solutions S.r.l. On June 15th, the finalists will present their projects and the approaches through which they address the 12 Future Challenges identified by WMF, aiming to persuade the official jury and the audience to win the prizes at stake. The 12 Future Challenges aim to increase the positive impact of initiatives born to respond locally to global challenges in order to co-design a new model of sustainable, inclusive and scalable prosperity. Two weeks to go before #Slush23 🚀   The world's leading startup event, Slush, will open its doors in Helsinki for its 16th edition on November 30. Business France will lead 34 companies operating in diversified sectors to Finland. Some of La French Tech's most promising startups, including deeptech startups, will be there.   The creation of 320 #deeptech startups in 2022 indicates accelerating innovation momentum, as this figure has doubled since 2018. That same year, deeptech startups raised €2.6 billion. This represents a 2.4-fold increase since the launch of the Deeptech Plan in 2019. The French government is strongly committed to further accelerating the ecosystem by implementing #France2030, an investment plan with a budget of €54 billion. It aims to develop industrial competitiveness and the technologies of the future.
