🌟 What teachers inspired you growing up? 🌟 I love, sitting down and talking to inspiring people. 👨⚕️📚 Dr Kalvind Vadi is no exception. Kal is the founder of Meducators UK, an organisation that performs workshops in schools for young people, shining a light on a possible path into a healthcare career. He’s also doing this on top of finishing his training as a junior doctor, currently working in obstetrics. I took so much away from this discussion with Kal. Some of the highlights were: 1️⃣ The value of cross-disciplinary experiences – how skills in one area can enrich performance in another. 2️⃣ Empathy – understanding this not just as an attribute, but as a true superpower in any profession. 3️⃣ Resilience – the art of bouncing back stronger, no matter the challenges. 4️⃣ Representation – the profound impact of having role models who resonate with our own experiences.
