Our 2023 highlights 💫 Last year was a banner year for Abris Capital Partners, marked by strong exits, new investments, the launch of our DEI Code, and B Corp certification. ⤵️ 📊 In December we signed an agreement to sell Velvet CARE sp. z o.o., following a five-year investment during which the company grew sales by 2.5x and EBITDA by more than 5.5x. 🐟 In February, Abris was successful in delivering the exit of its investment in Graal Group, a leading canned fish producer in Poland, following a six-year growth story. 🌳 After a rigorous 18-month accreditation process, Abris achieved B Corp certification in May 2023, becoming the first private equity firm in Central Europe to receive this recognition. 🌈 In October, Abris launched its DEI Code – a series of commitments that aims to assist in building value for Abris and its portfolio companies through best practice in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). 📈 New investments: during the year, Abris signed add-ons for portfolio companies Alsendo (Ecolet.ro), GreenGroup (ŽALVARIS) and Grupa Scanmed (Ars Medical and Med-Lux).
