I need to rant here, as career advice at school and the subsequent work placement process is rubbish - it's not fit for any purpose! At school I wanted to be a lawyer but was told I'd make a better hairdresser - wtf??
So, I can't bare for all of those amazingly talented girls to be either ignored or shoved into careers that will never see them use their superpowers.
There is a bigger picture here, which is about the inequality of the schooling system, and how many are just invisible, unless they overstep the "deemed boldness" and are suspended and expelled - we are at crisis point for girls facing this right now.
And so my solution to the problem is to do something about it, with the help of my wonderful connections, those of us who are privileged to be able to help others, and so I am asking for you to join a movement.
One where we provide everything that is missing from #careersadvice and #workplacements as we offer employability pathways from Year 10 to Year 12, and beyond, with work and learning fests, shadow youth board opportunities and connections like no other.
That hidden workforce is full of talent, with us only needing to see and nurture it - here is our future.

Talent transformation is about capturing the hearts and minds of those who could be the leaders of the future. But what if you can't see them?
Karen Orton, our founder, spoke about seeing talent differently this week at the Retail Live, which has been part of our DNA long before Scoutess was formed back in 2017.
Creating employability pathways early is the way to unlock part of the hidden workforce, one that will provide a critical source of talent for the Retail and Consumer sector.
This is our social promise, to commit fully to changing the future for girls from marginalised backgrounds, unlocking their potential, through work placements and mentoring.
Career advice is outdated, work placements aren't fit for purpose, with role modelling a dream for many. The Evalina Foundation is changing that, as we create the biggest work placement movement ever seen!
Step 1 - get in touch, let's share the reality and the opportunity.
